1. Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of health, wellness, and consumable products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The item is expired upon delivery
- The package is tampered with before delivery
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must remain unused and in its original packaging
- Proof such as photos/videos of the product and package may be required
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used products
- Products without original packaging
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Orders placed during sale or promotional offers (unless damaged/incorrect)
3. Refund Policy
Once your return request is approved and verified:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, bank details may be requested for refund processing
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
5. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect product:
- Take clear photos/videos of:
- Outer packaging
- Shipping label
- Product received
- Email us within 48 hours of delivery
- Our support team will review and resolve the issue promptly
Approved cases may receive:
- Replacement product
- Store credit
- Full or partial refund
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account/payment method again
- Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary
